Synopsis: After Team Takuya Kanbara, Kilala Reno, Rei, and Tippe are called up by the news crew to save them from an evil bounty hunter named Dennis, they must try to get him in jail before K. Rool's group and their crew recruit him.

Synopsis: After their mission to set up the Mesmerizer has failed by Team Takuya Kanbara, Puppetmon, Dijon, Koala Kong, Pinstripe Potoroo, and the Komodo Brothers are replaced by their powerful and smarter robotic versions of themselves calling themselves Super Pinstripe Potoroo. Dijon, and Puppetmon and Mighty Komodo Brothers and Koala Kong and it's up to Team Takuya Kanbara to defeat them and stop the Mesmerizer again.
Season 3 Episode 4: Dinobots and Predacons, Dinobots and Predacons, Everywhere (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: To lure Team Takuya Kanbara to their doom and absorb Grimlock and Predaking's energy powers, K. Rool's group and their crew use a line of garbage trucks to kidnap all of the Dinobots and Predacons of every shape and size, but Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies, including Grimlock and Predaking, must outsmart the trap and save the day by working together, all the while help Starscream overcome his fear of Predacons and more giant beasts alike.
Season 3 Episode 5: Zoohammer (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: While investigating the disappearances of the creatures of Neverland, as well as both Michael D'Amico and the Autobots' human allies' disappearances, Team Takuya Kanbara eventually discover that an intergalactic hunter named Katella is behind their disappearances. Then when K. Rool's group and their crew team up with her, Team Takuya Kanbara, the Autobots, and Fat Tony's gang pretend to let themselves get captured by the villains in order to bust everyone out, which they did. And then when they learn of Katella's immediate crush on Phineas T. Ratchet and that the pirates intentionally left Madame Gasket out of their new plot behind her back, they decide to pay the villains back by having P.T. Ratchet and Katella attempted to be married, then having the wedding immediately called off when Gasket got the call about this, as well as the villains' scheme she was purposely left out on, from Takuya Kanbara's group, Fat Tony's gang, Rodney Copperbottom, and Starscream.
Season 3 Episode 6: Adventures in Dinobot, Predacon, and Pokemon-Sitting (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: When Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies agree to help Bowser, Starscream, and Yoshi babysit both Charizard and Charla's baby Charmanders and the Dinobots and Predacons' respective babies and fledgelings while Grimlock, Predaking, and their respective armies are out investigating a stolen ruby with some backup help from the Feraligatr's group, they soon learn that the ruby was stolen by K. Rool's group and their crew with help from a new crew member in the form of an alien bounty hunter named Preed in order to harness more Energon power. Then when Grimlock, Predaking, his army, and Charizard are captured, it's up to Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies and even the Dinobot babies, Predacon Fledgelings, Charmanders, and the rest of the Feraligatr's group to go to their and the ruby's rescue, courtesy of Starscream, Ironhide, Dreadwing, and Skyquake's shared big tactical plan.
Season 3 Episode 7: The Forbidden Bet (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: Wanting to prove they're brave like Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies, as well as prove to their parents that they're not kids anymore, Starscream, Iago, Michael's group, the Gangreen Gang, and Fearsome Four make a bet with Knockout, Huey, Dewey, and Louie that they, Knockout, Moonracer, Discord, Alexis, Danielle "Dani" Goldman, Thundara, Team Rocket, Fat Tony, Legs, Louie Walters, and a reluctant Sirica and Johnny Tightlips can explore the Forbidden Forest and get out alive, the same one where seven years ago, three girls and a boy disappeared, looking for lost sheep, and never came out with the sheep until two days later where only the two girls, the boy, and the sheep got out. (No villains, except the Bakemon and the Ocarina of Time version of Stalfos, appear in this episode)

Synopsis: After a couple of spilled mixed chemicals turn into Mutagen, two cows drink some, and become a merged unstable angry mutant bull.
Season 3 Episode 9: The Maltese Asp (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: With Oogie Boogie, Harry, Marv, and the vengeful bald Sedusa, Eris, and Queen Chrysalis' help, K. Rool's group and their crew decide to receive proton power from the Maltese Asp by holding Team Rocket, Michael's group, Fat Tony's gang, Sweet Pea, Starscream, Alexis, Fidget, Stellaluna, Bartok, Nadia, Meowzie, Anna and Elsa Straud-Witherspoon, the Fearsome Four, and Lady Timpani hostage. However, Michael's group, Starscream, Meowth, Fidget, Quackerjack, Liquidator, Bartok, Elsa, and Timpani are the only ones that escape thanks to Iago, Piper, Moonracer, Alexis, and Thundara's temporary intervention and must help Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies, including Iago, Piper, and Thundara, rescue Fat Tony's gang, Moonracer, Alexis, Sweet Pea, Anna, Stellaluna, Meowzie, Nadia, Megavolt, Bushroot, Jessie, and James and protect the Maltese Asp. (It was all a flashback memory to what happened after the events of "Something's Amiss With Aqua, Kilala, and Sirica," and the villains don't appear in the present time, just in the flashback memory)
Season 3 Episode 10: Dennis Meets Oogie (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: While trying to find Team Takuya Kanbara in order to get revenge, Dennis, teaming up with Harry and Marv, at first, gets captured by Oogie for unexpectedly trespassing in his lair, only to secretly escape. At the same time, the news crew are sent to solve the mystery of the stolen tar-like oil truck and Team Takuya Kanbara is training. (K. Rool's group and their crew don't appear in this episode)
Season 3 Episode 11: The Charmy Who Knew Too Much (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After Dr. Neo Cortex is accidentally blasted by a laser while helping K. Rool's group and their crew test out their plot to make a Charmy Bee replica, he thinks he is Charmy. However, Team Takuya Kanbara, with Fat Tony's gang's help, must find out what K. Rool's group and their crew are plotting with Cortex's switched-up mind's help, all the while help rescue Starscream, Megavolt, Quackerjack, and the real Charmy, who Optimus and Meta Knight placed under a kung-pow spell on craving candy no more as punishment for eating one candy too many.
Season 3 Episode 12: Charmy’s Birthday (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: Team Takuya Kanbara secretly prepares a surprise birthday party for Charmy, but Charmy, however, thinks everyone forgot his birthday and runs away, only to get captured by K. Rool's group and their crew and held hostage for Team Takuya Kanbara’s trap of doom.
Season 3 Episode 13: The Creation of Cait Sith (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After K. Rool's group and their crew create Cait Sith to copy Team Takuya Kanbara's fighting abilities and then capture them so they can be defeated, Team Takuya Kanbara was able to counter the plot by reprogramming Cait Sith to their side, while at the same time, the heroes deal with Tiny Tiger, Dingodile, the Gangreen Gang, and Fearsome Four's colds.
Season 3 Episode 14: Attack on Pinball Fortress (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After Team Takuya Kanbara successfully destroy K. Rool's group and their crew's Stupidity Ray, they soon learn that K. Rool's group and their crew are now building a more bigger Stupidity Ray in the impenetrable Pinball Fortress. But regardless that Otto Mann wants the Stupidity Ray to attract more rock band members for his small-time rock band gig and Vector the Crocodile wants the Stupidity Ray to make bounty hunter volunteer saps to gather some criminals and earn money for him, Team Takuya Kanbara and even Otto and Vector decide to infiltrate the Pinball Fortress and destroy the giant Stupidity Ray.
Season 3 Episode 15: A Dental Dilemma (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: When Koala Kong, Tuff, Iago, and Megavolt end up with cavities in their teeth, they become terrified of having Nurse Joy drilling the drill into them at her dental office. So now it's up to both sides and even Tooth to try and help them with their excruciating toothaches.
Season 3 Episode 16: Optimus and Meta Knight's Groups Gone (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: Learning that Optimus and Meta Knight's groups have gone away into retirement and requesting Team Takuya Kanbara to disband, they do so reluctantly. However, everyone in Team Takuya Kanbara, except Takuya, Ash Ketchum, Sora, Riku, Darkwing Duck, Jack Frost, Mario, Pikachu, Kirby, Starscream, and Team Rocket, are captured by K. Rool's group, their crew, Harry, Marv, Eris, and Dennis and it's up to them, the News Crew, Fat Tony's gang, Michael's group, and eleven mysterious masked and/or cloaked figures to save them and stop the villains.
Season 3 Episode 17: Journey to the Center of Neverland (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After returning a loose Diplodicus named Dippy to his underground prehistoric jungle home, Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies, including the Dinobots, Predacons, and Starscream, the latter who is no longer afraid of giant beasts, decide to help him and his dinosaur friends protect the jungle's crystal from getting stolen by K. Rool's group and their crew.
Season 3 Episode 18: Grumps of the Jungle (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After Team Genki Pan and their allies, as well as General Klump's group, Dunce Spark, Blackthorn, Liverpool, Puppetmon, Splatter Phoenix, Taurus Bulba, Megatron and his Decepticons, and Cortex's mutants, get separated in the Ursaring Jungle by a horde of angry Ursaring, they must work together in order to find each other and escape. But then Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies must rescue a Teddiursa from K. Rool's group and their crew's clutches after helping his Ursaring mother with the Ursaring's help.
Season 3 Episode 19: The Revenge of the Wet Sticky Bandits (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: While out to solve why K. Rool's group and their crew are stealing cryo ice samples, Team Takuya Kanbara and Fat Tony's gang must find Kilala Reno, Michael's group, Morgana Macawber, Serena Makino, Kiki, Daisy, Alexis, Moonracer, and Satsuki Kusakabe, who vanished, with some help from Oogie. Little do they know at first, it was actually Harry and Marv, with Dennis' help, who kidnapped Serena, Kiki, Daisy, Alexis, Moonracer, Satsuki, Morgana, Kilala, and Michael's group in order to use them as bait to lure Team Takuya Kanbara and even K. Rool's group and their crew into a trap.
Season 3 Episode 20: Takuya and Kirby Takes the Cake
Synopsis: While the heroes in Neverland and even their London friends prepare a surprise anniversary party for Takuya Kanbara's group to celebrate Takuya's group's first time becoming Neverland's iconic heroes, Takuya and Kirby, at first, believe nobody cares for them due to them being ignored by everyone. But when they come to the party thanks to Optimus, Meta Knight, Darkwing, Mario, Luigi, Agent William Fowler, Cloud Strife, and Aerith Gainsborough reassuring them that everyone does care for them, they soon are not only in for a treat, but also a big battle against a bomb-throwing creature named Denjaa created by K. Rool's group and their crew, courtesy of Uka-Uka's Mutagen.
Season 3 Episode 21: A Half-Baked Battle (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After his supposed-to-be dessert in the form of a giant coconut cream pie is shot into his face, causing him to be humiliated by everyone seeing this from Kilala's camera while she’s secretly reporting what the pirates are cooking up for themselves for J. Jonah Jamieson, Assistant Captain Negaduck, along with Takuya's group and their crew, decides to get even by having a system called Pie Justice, where the “Criminals” are to be having pies thrown in their faces, especially with the eventual help of Uka-Uka's creature creation in the form of Belly Buster due to Kirby intervening by eating the pies instead of being hit by them along with Takuya's group and everyone else.
Season 3 Episode 22: Vanitas the Sweet and Sour Puss (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: When everyone wakes up the next day to find Vanitas acting pacifistic and not angry at anything for some strange reason, the heroes take advantage of it by doing things that would normally make Vanitas angry and/or fight back. Little do they know at first, it was a creature called Togeira created by Uka-Uka, with K. Rool's group, Myotismon, and Hunter J's help, that is absorbing away and storing up Vanitas' anger and fighting side in order to power up and attack in full power mode once it's completely filled up with its possessed victim's anger and fighting side.
Season 3 Episode 23: Takuya Who?
Synopsis: After Takuya bumps his head while cleaning up a mess, he develops amnesia. And now Drew, Sora, Roxas, Ventus, Jack, and their friends must race to restore his memory when Oogie and then K. Rool's group trick Takuya into thinking he's their henchman.
Season 3 Episode 24: The Big Brooding, Robot, and Bunny/Duck Switcheroos (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: During a battle against K. Rool's group and their crew, Team Takuya Kanbara accidentally blasts Shadow the Hedgehog and Vanitas, Optimus and Megatron, Starscream and Knockout, and Cream the Rabbit and Negaduck with a beam and they wake up to find their minds have switched into the other's bodies.
Season 3 Episode 25: A Date to Remember (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies help Lord Blumiere and Timpani, as well as Starscream and Piper, Knockout and Arcee, and the Mobian couples, have a fun date together. (No villains appear in this episode)
Season 3 Episode 26: The Good News Bears (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies face off against K. Rool's group and their crew, especially Assistant King K. Rool and Assistant Captain Skurvy, in a baseball game to determine the fate of Donkey Kong's title as Ruler of the Kong Tribe.
Season 3 Episode 27: Fitness Fiend (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After Komodo Moe becomes extremely obese by the fattening chips meant for Kirby, Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies and even K. Rool's group and their crew must find a way to slim Komodo Moe and even an extremely obese Kirby down when he also eats the fattening chips by having Uka-Uka conjure up an abusive fitness trainer creature named Max Flexer.
Season 3 Episode 28: The Practical Joke's on You (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After finding a mysterious piece of artifact, Team Takuya Kanbara is pranked by Optimus and Meta Knight's groups into going into the Mucky Swamp to get rid of it, claiming it's an evil cursed artifact, as punishment for sending Klump's group on a wild goose chase by tricking them into believing the artifact is a power source of Neverland that is more powerful than the Master Emerald and Matrix of Leadership. However, when Dennis, Harry, and Marv return with vengeance by teaming up with Oogie to steal pesticide chemicals to make hypnosis chemicals, they must forget about the pranks and overcome the swamp in order to stop them, especially with DK's childhood fear of a Bog Monster inhabiting the swamp.
Season 3 Episode 29: Fool's Gold (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: Discovering a gold nugget and a treasure map, Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies and even the other good guys race against K. Rool's group and their crew and even the other villains to find the buried treasure of the late legendary pirate Rainbowbeard before they do.

Synopsis: When the Great Flower is stolen by K. Rool's group and their crew, Team Takuya Kanbara, their allies, and the Dinobots and Predacons must restore the plant life of Neverland by getting it back before it's too late.

Synopsis: Relocating the Impervium, Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies must get it within the Feraligatr, Charizard, Charla, Dynablade, Tamatoa, Devon, and Cornwall's hangout before K. Rool's group and their crew find it.
Season 3 Episode 33: Heroes of the Year (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After saving Starscream, Knockout, Breakdown, Dreadwing, Skyquake, and Fat Tony's gang from a limousine ambush, Takuya's group is then given a testimonial dinner party celebrating their heroic deeds in the past and rewarding them the Hero of the Year Award. But they, Team Takuya Kanbara, and their allies soon find out is that Starscream, Knockout, Breakdown, Dreadwing, Skyquake, and Fat Tony's gang, under K. Rool's group and their crew's forceful blackmail persuasion and promise over Michael's group, Moonracer, Alexis, and Dani's safety, have reluctantly tricked Team Takuya Kanbara with the fake limousine ambush and that the whole dinner party is a trap. Have K. Rool's group and their crew finally won in the end of the day?
Season 3 Episode 34: The Big Dance Off (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After entering a Dance-Off Competition against the Komodo Brothers, Quackerjack ends up twisting his ankle and now, while Thundara, Meowzie, Stellaluna, Nadia, Sweet Pea, Gilda, Timpani, and the Dazzlings work on healing Quackerjack in 24 hours, it's up to Takuya to take his place as Jane Darling's dance partner in the competition, to protect the Master Emerald and Matrix of Leadership from granting K. Rool's group one wish for if they won the competition.
Season 3 Episode 35: The Prophet Motive (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: When K. Rool's group and their crew steal the Egyptians' god, Anubis', treasure, Anubis unleashes his army on Cairo and kidnap Kiki's group, June Darby, and the Autobots' female human allies to make them his wives. Then Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies, along with the Dinobots and Predacons, team up with the Egyptians to rescue the girls and June and convince Anubis to spare everyone by getting his treasure back in exchange for the said girls and woman, all the while try to avoid a prophet's prediction that Takuya's group, as well as Optimus, will meet their doom near the end of this adventure.
Season 3 Episode 36: The Wedding of the Nile (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After Anubis requests help from Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies to help him prepare for his marriage proposal to Bastet, they agree and, despite disastrous setbacks, prepare for their wedding day. (No villains appear in this episode)
Season 3 Episode 37: Showdown Time Part 1 (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: K. Rool is suddenly afraid of Kirby besides the Feraligatr's group due to having a nightmare where Kirby and the Feraligatr's group are after him as a merged flaming ball conjured by Charizard, Charla, and their baby Charmanders, when in actuality, it's a flaming asteroid being brought towards both Neverland and the world upon being created by the evil God of Chaos and Destruction, Unicron.
Season 3 Episode 38: Showdown Time Part 2 (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After discovering more of Unicron and his evil plans to destroy and recreate the universe with his Dark Energon Fire Asteroid and army of Terrorcons within 72 hours, Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies decide to stand up and stop it, as well as K. Rool's group and their crew upon the pirates teaming up with Unicron, while everyone else, upon learning of this, are awaiting the end of the world before holding onto hope for the heroes to save them all. Then when the end of day two comes, Takuya, Mario, and Optimus face off against K. Rool, Skurvy, and Megatron, with the third latter's power-up form, Galvatron, after the three villains almost kill Amy Rose, Luigi, and Meta Knight, only for the ultimate battle between good and evil to end abruptly in a tie when Unicron and his Dark Energon Fire Asteroid awaken, ready to begin their destructive conquest.
Season 3 Episode 39: Showdown Time Part 3 (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: After Takuya, Mario, and Optimus' 24-hour recuperation from their injuries from their battle against K. Rool, Skurvy, and Megatron, Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies discover that Unicron and his Dark Energon Fire Asteroid are getting close to their conquest deadline and decide to try and stop him. But when Unicron, upon successfully awakening his army of Terrorcons, double-crosses K. Rool's group and their crew, leading to K. Rool's group and Megatron's psychedelic possession episodes to grow worse, this leads to the villains to make a proposition to the heroes that they are to temporally team up and stop Unicron, the Terrorcons, and his Dark Energon Fire Asteroid by going into its Core Heart and unleashing the Matrix of Leadership with Primus' help onto it in order to destroy Unicron and his army and asteroid.
Season 3 Episode 40: Showdown Time Part 4 (Takuya Pan Version)
Synopsis: The fate of Neverland and the world rests on Team Takuya Kanbara and their allies' shoulders as they fight for them alongside the villains against Unicron and destroy his Terrorcons and Dark Energon Fire Asteroid. But will they do it while also fighting off Unicron's Antibodies?
